1. How to order?
Select the style, add to cart, and proceed to Checkout to place your order.
2. What to do next after placing an order?
Pay for your order within 3 days to avoid cancellation of reservation then, email your proof of payment and requirements sent together with the invoice at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our confirm payment form.
3. It's my first time to order, is it safe here?
Definitely! All your information are kept safe and are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL).
*For credit card and PayPal payments, your information is safe and secure with PayPal's leading technology.
4. What are your modes of payment?
We accept payments through bank deposit/online transfer, credit cards, COD/COP, Dragonpay, GCash, PayMaya, PayMongo, PayPal, remittances (see here).
All details will be sent together with the invoice after placing your order.
5. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Just select on the PayMongo/PayPal button above the Contact Information form upon Checkout.
Select Pay with Debit or Credit Card button and fill out their form.
6. Do you accept PayPal payments?
Yes of course! Just select the PayPal button above the Contact Information Form upon Checkout.
7. Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept cash on delivery (COD) nationwide.
Just select Cash on Delivery (COD) as shipping and payment option upon Checkout.
8. How much is your shipping fee?
Flat rate shipping fee of ₱99.
9. How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are.
Delivery period for Metro Manila is 1-3 working days*
and for Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao is 3-5 working days*
*Counting begins after ship out date excluding Sundays/Holidays.
Additional 1-3 delivery days for remote areas may be expected.
Please expect a delay during holidays, sale events and inclement weather. Be assured that we continuously work with our shipping partners to make sure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible.
10. How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, we will provide the tracking number and website where you can track your package.
11. No information found when I track my package, what should I do?
Please check back again. Tracking information usually appears after 24-48 hours from ship out date.
12. Do you accept pick up or same day delivery?
Yes we do! Pick up or same day delivery via Grab or any courier of your choice.
Booking and service payment will be c/o customer.
Pick up schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8AM - 5PM.
Just select ‘Pick up via Grab or any courier’ of your choice upon Checkout.
13. What to do if I missed the delivery?
Don't worry! The courier will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.
If you aren’t available to receive your order, the courier driver will send you an SMS or call to confirm if they can leave your package with any authorized recipient at your shipping address. Your authorized recipient will be asked to sign for the package on your behalf.
After the final delivery attempt, the courier reserves the right to return your package to us (the shipper).
14. I'm not always at home. Do you allow JRS/LBC branch pick-up instead?
Yes, we can get the items delivered to the nearest JRS/LBC branch in your area for pick up.
Simply make a request in your order notes before you select the Checkout button.
However, the parcel must be retrieved within 5 days upon arrival. Unclaimed package, will automatically be returned to us. Returned package will be shipped back once the customer settle another shipping fee.
15. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, kindly check DHL shipping fees from PH to your area.
If you agree with their rates, contact us with the subject - International Shipping Request.
Message us your order (style and size) and location.
Please do not hesitate to suggest some courier with lower international shipping rates.
16. Do you accept returns?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just contact us directly and we’ll take you through the process as long as it complies with our Returns Policy.
17. What size should I get?
Select your usual size. For half size with wide feet width, go for a size up for closed toe.
