Our products may be returned and exchanged once within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

Exchanges
To be eligible for exchange, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 7 days

The product is in its original packaging

You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Valid Reason for Exchanges
Invalid Reasons for Exchanges
- Change of color
- Change of style
- Change of mind
- Damages caused by transit, handling, and/or improper care
Change of color: if and only if the size for exchange is no longer available.
Change of style: if both color and size is unavailable.
Damages: Oak is not responsible for damages due to transit or caused by improper care and handling.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
You will receive an email containing the return details and instructions immediately upon submission of your return request form.
The exchange will only be shipped out once we receive the return item and delivery fee.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable except for wrong item/s. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Oak.
We highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number. Oak is not responsible for any lost returns.
You are responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Limited warranty applies to any defects in material or workmanship under normal use within 30 days from the date of purchase excluding delivery fees.
Please note that exact colors of merchandise can vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer resolutions. These do not qualify as damaged or defects.
*Defective products are those defects that render the product unfit for its intended use.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, "final sale" or sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable, exchange or online store credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.
Promotions including coupons, discounted/free shipping promos and promo codes, cannot be applied to sale items or final sale purchases.
Refunds
Given that the items are in the same condition as they were received, we will gladly give a full refund in the form of store credit equivalent to the amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping fees). You can then use this for your next purchase.
We don't currently offer refunds in form of cash for any reason, especially for incomplete payment, customer's change of mind or in case of delays in customer confirmation, same day booking, third party courier delivery and others.
Discounts and free shipping will apply only for the first original transaction.
