My feet are 23.5cm but size D in width, and Oak's size 9 fit perfectly (my feet were hanging off a bit with size 8). I find I'm consistently a size 9 in Marikina-made shoes (Oak, Bibo, R&M), so I guess it's par for the course.
Because of my feet width the side flaps of the shoe splay out a bit when looking from above, but a pair of trousers hides that nicely.
The shoe itself seems comfortable and the insole is very cushiony for flats. I'm already eyeing my second pair of Oak shoes (the ballet flats) because these seem like great office shoes.
