Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing OAK. We crafted your shoes with care, and we want you to love them as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help guide you through the return process.

Our Commitment

You may return or exchange your order within 7 days of the original purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Please ensure that:

  • Your shoes were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • They are in their original packaging.
  • They are unused and undamaged.
  • There are no outsole marks or strap creases.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

  • You need a different size.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received a defective product*

We Cannot Accommodate Requests for:

  • Changes of color
  • Changes of style
  • Changes of mind
  • Damages caused by transit, handling, and/or improper care

Special Exemptions

  • Change of color is allowed if the new size is not available in the same color.
  • Change of style is allowed if the new size is not available in any color of the same style.

Price Difference for Exchange:

  • If the new item is priced lower than the original item, the price difference will be forfeited.
  • If the new item is priced higher than the original item, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Options for Dissatisfaction

If you're not satisfied with your shoes, you have two options:

  1. Return & Get Store Credit: Receive store credit equivalent to your item's purchase price (excluding shipping fees) for your next purchase.

  2. Return & Exchange: Replace your returned item based on the eligibility criteria.

Kindly be informed that our size range extends up to size 10. If you require a size larger than this, the aforementioned conditions will still apply.

*Defective Products

Defective products are those with defects that make them unfit for their intended use. Examples of non-defective issues include improper fit, comfort issues, or materials preferences.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Start by filling out our Return Request Form.
  • After submission, you'll receive an email with return instructions.

When Will I Receive My Exchange?

We'll ship the exchange when we receive the return item and settlement of shipping charges.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges for products that have been used, have outsole marks, creases, found defect-free upon delivery, or if the stipulated period has expired.

Shipping Charges

  • For defective or wrong products, shipping is covered by us.
  • If you're returning or exchanging an item, you'll need to handle the shipping charges to and from OAK.

To ensure a secure delivery, provide accurate addresses to the courier and consider using a tracking number. Keep in mind that the risk of loss or damage during shipping is on you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, notify us immediately for assistance.

Disclaimer: While we strive to offer accurate images of our products, kindly note that real colors may slightly differ due to varying screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography setups. These natural variations in color are not regarded as damages or defects.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted into store credit.




If your items are returned in the same condition as they were received, we're pleased to offer you a full refund in the form of store credit. This credit will be equivalent to the amount you paid for the item, excluding any shipping fees. You can use this store credit for your next purchase.

Please note that we currently do not provide cash refunds for any reason. This policy covers situations such as incomplete payments, changes of mind, delays in customer confirmation, same-day bookings, third-party courier deliveries, and more.

Discounts and free shipping apply exclusively to the initial transaction and are not transferable to subsequent purchases.
