Retuns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product (different size, color or style of same amount).

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want in exchange) to:

OAK is not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from OAK. 

We highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number. OAK is not responsible for any lost returns.

You are responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Please note that exact colors of merchandise can vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer resolutions. These do not qualify as damaged or defects. 

Sale Items

Unfortunately, "final sale" or sale items cannot be refunded and are not eligible for return, exchange or online store credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons, discounted/free shipping promos and promo codes, cannot be applied to sale items or final sale purchases.


At the moment, we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 7 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.

*Online store credit will be for the amount paid for the merchandise only and not for shipping charges (including orders qualifying for discounted/free shipping promotions). Discounted/free shipping will apply only at the first original transaction.
