I'd like to respectfully address a concern regarding the feedback process. This was also brought up via email, but I think other customers should know about this.
I followed the size chart. And according to the size chart, my foot length at 25cm should be a size 10. So I followed and ordered a size 10. There were no precautions indicating that those with narrow feet shouldn't follow the size chart, or that people with narrow feet should measure differently and consider a different corresponding size based on their metric sizing.
When the pair arrived, it was too loose. Not just a little roomy. It was very loose, a size bigger. So I sent them a photo of how the shoe looked when worn and I filed a return.
One of their responses to my suggestion to amend their size chart was (verbatim) "If you happen to have slim or narrow feet, some styles may feel roomier than others, even if you're wearing the correct size according to the chart."
First of all, this statement was not indicated in their size chart. I could have taken this into consideration before paying.
Second, it's like they're saying that even though people with narrow feet follow the size chart correctly, we will just be stuck with incorrect sizes and fits.
It's like they're saying there's no guarantee you get a comfortable fit, kahit na you choose according to our size chart. Doesn't it defeat the purpose of having a size chart?
It's like they're saying, tama ang size chart nila, ang customer ang mali. Narrow feet mo eh, it's going to be roomy talaga kahit na you measure your feet correctly and follow the size chart correctly.
I filed for a return, but there hasn't been a response on whether or not this return will be accepted.
